Overview
The difference in personalities and lifestyles is the core of Zdeněk Svěrák's hilarious comedy. The story of two elderly gentlemen begins in a hospital, where they are both hospitalized. Former tram driver Havlík discovers that his new acquaintance Chouň does not have an apartment and offers him that he can temporarily live with him. The latter happily accepts the offer and soon changes Havlík's proper and honorable life as a widower. The old conductor realizes that he can also live differently: cheerfully and carefree.
